My Routines!
Heyo!
ITS THE OFFICIAL START OF THIS AMAZING JOURNEY! Welcome back!
Today was about baby steps: I think I actually graciously accepted a compliment today... haha
Okee, so, the hardest part of this thing (okay, probs not the hardest) is going to be establishing my routines. These (i have read) are super important in helping you start and end your day. They like cute little bookends on either side.
So, what will my morning look like:
Okay, night time is hard for me. I get tired on the couch, watching Netflix, and don't make it past the bed when I do make it upstairs. So the night routine will be critical and extra hard, and will also help improve my morning. Hopefully:
I think I am also working on daytime habits to establish: an actual lunch break, maybe a 15 minute walking break... probably other things, but not sure yet. It will come to be.
So wish me luck as I get started, do you have any pointers? Things that I should add??
XO, MC

I will also brush my teeth. haha
I have always been in a rush in the morning, to get to work. Honestly, I love by job, and it will be there when I get there so I can take my time, and wake up a tad earlier to do that. I deserve to take my time in the Morning (as do you), to wash my face (5 minutes), make my bed (5 minutes), make and eat breakfast (15 minutes). I am also going to push myself not to be distracted by my phone: social media, games, texts, until I get farther along in the day. THIS IS A HUGE ONE FOR ME especially because I usually log in to Insta/Facebook and start comparing my 6:30am self to the beautiful high point of others. I mean, I shouldn't be doing that anyway, but I am sure that we will get there.
