Where I am going to focus
Hello again, Beauties. 😍
Conveniently, being five categories, I will try to focus on every category for about 5 days, give or take, but there are a lot of things that I want to establish from the beginning: morning and night routines, skin care (seriously dude), tidiness, kindness, laughter, positive energy...
There is so much that can be done and I don't want to overwhelm myself, so patience will be a virtue (another energy I need to harness).
As any true nerd (I mean this lovingly), I have done some research and for this lovely project, I am going to focus on the following categories of wellness:
1. Emotional
2. Physical
3. Environmental
4. Intellectual
5. Social

I also have a few quotes I will be living by though this process:
I feel like this one is SO important. I need to hold me accountable through this process, (I will need your help), but I don't want to go to bed at any point having felt like I disappointed myself. I will be true to my word and follow through. I am always my own best friend.

So keeping these two (impactful) quotes in mind, I begin my journey and cross my fingers.
